OT: TEXASs CHILI!!!

Well fellas, I looked up a recipe on the net for some chili, and being Canadian our chili heritage...well.... there just really isn't a chili heritage. So I found a recipe for some real "authentic Texas chili" from a guy who's uncle(i think) had a burger stand in Dallas, anywho, the reason is that I've got an all-nighter planned for here tonight ith the boys from the Youth group my wife and I lead..... oh boy are they in for it!!! I did only put one Tbs. of ceyenne in it but it also called for 7 Tbs. of crushed chilis, I did the prelim. taste and OMGosh it's the "wish I had 2 arses" kinda hot

ahhh, should be an ignited night! also got all 3 original StarWars DVDs to watch
