Tuner, what's that? I hardly ever use mine because my stuff stays in my room and they never really go out of tune, but when I do use one I use a Korg GA-30.

I voted other.

At home and for setting intonation I use a Peterson VS-II. You really want the best accuracy for intonation, and the VS-II offers the same accuracy to a real strobe tuner.

In my rack I have an old Sabine RT-1600 which seems to do just fine. IMO, if I get the intonation right then just about any tuner will give me acceptable results.

If you're looking for a great tuner for intonation and at the gig, I suggest you buy a Peterson Strobostomp. If they were out when I bought mine I would have bought one of them instead of the VS-II. FYI - VBTC carries them.

I have a Korg rackmount tuner. Its pretty cool, works great, but my Sterling never falls out of tune so I really only use it when I change strings.

Even though its a pedal, I voted other, because the Peterson Strobostomp is not like your average Boss. Strobostomp for life!

I didn't vote.

For home, I use a Peterson VS-II like Motojunkie. The best tuner I've ever used. Period. It makes setting intonation a breeze.

For gigs, I use a Boss TU-15. I have a small strip of velcro on my Walkabout Scout and a small piece on the Boss, and it works great. Quick, accurate gig tuning. The precision of the VS-II isn't needed for gigging, and I don't have to worry about ever leaving my tuner at home--it lives in the gigbag.

I tune from the guitarist once he's tuned via a Boss multipedal thingumyjig.

Using harmonics.

At home, the Peterson Strobostomp. Whenever I'm playing out, I use whatever is available.
