Listen we have gone over big box stores and the fact that salespeople on the floor are all over the road. My suggestion is you have called the manager and he has said all the right things, give him a chance to make it right. THe hardest part running a business is when one of your team delivers less than stellar customer service and you let them know but dont let them make it right.

I'm not holding anything against GC or the store as a whole. I just wanted the manager to know what kind of guy he had working for him. When I decide to go back in there, I will make sure I talk to the manager and give them another shot. There is however no excuse for the way I was treated. It's not a GC thing, it's a freak'n tool who shouldn't have a job in sales thing. Should I only walk into a shop if I plan on buying an instrument THAT day? Perhaps I should of left the fact it was a GC out of it, but I think I was being fair. I never mentioned that people shouldn't give the GC in Ft. Wayne a shot. I was just giving a word of warning.
