I will be hoisting a beverage in his name in 52 minutes. ( I swear I am not counting or anything.)

Hey Jon, I wonder if Bovine shares our respect for good tequila......

Now you're talking!

Here's my collection about 3 years ago. It's expanded a bit since then. :D

I've got a bottle of the Tres Generaciones in my kitchen as we speak, in fact. And, while I do like Patron, I have found that a lot of places I play have only marginal tequila selections--but they always seem to have Patron. So, since I get free drinks at gigs, I'll always have a shot, or two. :D I figure I'll drink Patron at gigs, so I try and keep the home selection different since I average about $45/bottle. The Cabo Wabo is good stuff. I highly recommend it, if you can find it for a good price.

Have fun at the cd release party. I'm going to go and watch BubbaHoTep. :D

While not a big fan of tequila, I have been known to occasionally test it to make sure it's still, um, drinkable.

I have a nearly full bottle of Wabo in the bar, and would gladly share with two or three close friends, especially if I thought one of them might get drunk enough to not notice when I steal the Martini Olive Green Bongo.

First martini of the night, brand new, not a sip out of it ..... and here in my study, just steps away from the studio (where tonight I shall listen to some Frank Sinatra, dammit), I have raised my glass to three of the best people I've never met.

Jon, Scott, Jason - if geography were no impediment, I'd buy you all a drink or three.

Cheers, compadres.
