I'm looking to place a order by the end of the week and have my thoughts on a Tobacco burst Quilt top with the Floyd and matching headstock.
Does the PDN Y2D come with the same options and what kind if woods are this Beauty made of.
Also is there a deadline to order this and will there be a BFR logo on the 12th fret?
Any info will help.
Thanks,
Richb

Yea, that is really an awesome offering and unique woods. For the Y2D it would be mahogany body with maple top, roasted neck with pau ferro board and stainless steel frets. Matching headstock is standard for these. I really wish I could have ordered one. The frets are all jumbo on all the guitars I believe.

Here is the PDN page with everything I mentioned:

If I had the money I'd buy a PDN Y2D SO FAST! I'm so bummed to be tied up with cash at the moment.

A mahog body, maple cap tune-o-matic EBMM. Me is sad. But I hope a GC has one laying around until I can afford one! :D

WOW>>>I was sleeping on this!
what are the chances that a dealer would have a Y2D with a Quilt and floyd?
Probably slim to NONE.
I also saw that Pete sold a Black sugar/roasted neck?ebony board Y2D with the BFR logo
I'l bet no-one has one in stock with a floyd..These Beauty's go too fast.
Gotta make up my mind before this weeks over,I think i'll call CS to see if anyone has one of the mentioned above in as store stock.
If not Tobacco burst it'll be...Either way :)
Fingers crossed!

Same here.. Must say I'm kinda regretting not taking the plunge on ordering one when I got the price quote. But I managed to score a Black Sugar Roasted Maple AL HH after the ordering period, so maybe I'll get lucky once again....

LOL, did i wake sleeping dogs on this one rich? ;)

there is no special inlay on the 12th fret on the PDN guitars.
maybe some dealers ordered a tremolo version on this, but i think the hardtail version would be easier to find.

You could always trade me one of your JP7's if you want another special Morse, Rich :)
You got a "One Off" Morse,Keep that baby because after you trade it you'll miss it...A LOT.
You can always get a JP7 (pay it off slowly with one of the EBMM Dealers)..
Thank me later bro.lol :)
