:D Hello:

I'm new to the board, been lurking for six months, and this is my first post on the CLASSIEST GUITAR FORUM ON THE WEB (IMHO). :D

The occasion for this is that I just received my brand new Axis Super Sport with MM90s, vintage trem, and piezo bridge, in HoneyBurst with matching headstock. I love this guitar, what a fantastic job the good folks at EBMM do. I couldn't be happier! :D

Truth be told, I bought my first Axis SS in November, and now I have five of them  ! I've attempted to attach a pic of my new baby...I'll post other pics as I take them.

Thanks to all of you on this board for helping me decide what to get. :)

Regards,
GuitarHack

Roubster:

Thanks! The other three are an all rosewood ASS MM90 hardtail, an all rosewood ASS HB hardtail, and an all rosewood ASS HB with vintage trem and piezo. I don't have pics of those yet, but they all look kind of the same. ;)

Regards,
GH

Holy Friggin Crap!!!!!!!! Those planks are awesome-------a hardtail axis is definitely in my future-----you gave some great ideas there. Enjoy. May I suggest perhaps a cold Red Stripe whilst changing from guitar to guitar!!!!!!!!:D

I would love to get an Axis ss with MM90s. Can you describe the tonal difference between the maple top and rosewood top? Which do you prefer?

Welcome aboard!

Welcome. Great top on the Pac Blue

EBMM's just kinda reach out a grab on to you. You can't seem to shake the little buggers off. You'll get used to the empty bank accounts and credit card bills fairly quickly. BTW have you seen the 20th Anniversary Silhouette? ;)

wow both of those babies make me proud welcome! Other Lurkers feel free to join in!
Thanks, Big Poppa, for the both guitars and the welcome. You should be proud, both of these guitars take your breath away in person...believe it or not, my picture-taking ability doesn't do these quilts justice.
