I'm going to give Dan or Scott Ball a call tomorrow and see what they think I should do. I mean, I know how to adjust the height but this is just one side so dropping the trem on the treble side will pull it out of "flat" with the body. If I have to adjust the individual string saddles, I'll need to keep them in the correct radius to the fretboard.

Good chnce you'll have to adjust the individuals. I tend to pay with a little higher action usually so I'm of no help other than to say that Jon Smith is the guy at EBMM to talk to, Guru of the setups (and also of the hedgetrimming). I need to sitdown with my PRB since it's a little less stable than the other two (trend?) I have, then again I got it new from a shop about 45 min out of manhattan to the north, and they had it as well as an AL on the wall for about 2 years. Methinks they cleaned the neck with furniture polish, anyhoo that's going to be my Eb/Dropped C# axe. So it'll need some tweakins. I know their setup dude definitely adjusted the height of the bridge. I'm not so keen in wanting to adjust that tho since they studs are screwed directly into the body, Basswood is relatively soft so I don't want to chew it up too much. Jon any thoughts on the bridge ish? Also last ? on that when adjusting bridge studs, should it be tuned lower to minimize the pressure on the knife edges?

answered my own questions.....just do it. Works great in Eb. Not so happy w/ the bridge pup in that one. Probably going to go with a TZ in there actually.

I still don't know, should I release the tension from the springs and tune down the guitar, before changing tremolo height or not? :)

I love it. I'm eyeing a Mk IV head to use with a cab so I may be selling my combo. We'll see. I'd love a Mk III as well.

I guess I should chime in here considering we will be meeting JP together this weekend!

Oh yeah.. I read on HRI that Petrucci has his action at 1/32.
