Petrucci Model with vintage-esque humbuckers & a big question

Hey.

So this is the thing. I'm basically looking for a fat warm sounding guitar with a piezo and 2 humbuckers.

I want to if anyone here has a Petrucci model BFR with vintage style humbuckers. Maybe like PAF style.

Also how does the tone of an all mahogany body with a maple top compare to the tone of an alder body with a mahogany tone block and a maple top ?

I'm really looking to get one of there.

The 20th anniversary guitar, from which the JP BFR was based, featured almost the same combination of woods except for a maple neck instead of mahogany. Also the 20th had pickup rings, while the pickups in the JP are screwed directly to the body. That guitar is still considered by many to be the best EBMM ever produced.
