Petrucci Silverburst BFR "one off"!!!

After 2 months of this baby being showcased @ the J.P. sessions in N.Y.C. on 6/7/08 it's finally found a new loving home!!
Thx again Pete DuBaldo for the major hook up and for giving me the chance to buy it through your store on lay-away(something guitar center wouldn't do).
John played all of the 4 one off's(ernie 1966 bought the other 3)
in this Silverburst BFR only 2 were made and from what i understand Brian Ball has the other..

Thank you for pointing this out. People say all the time to me, "Man, you're lucky to own such nice gear!" Luck has nothing to do with it unless I won the lottery, which I haven't/will never happen. I work for my stuff, damn it !

Is that an ebony fingerboard, or just a really dark rosewood?
I wonder if this finish will turn a greenish hue like Gibson's older silverburst LPs do?
