Question Petrucci string gauge.

I've done some research and i've come up with multiple threads and posts. The most recent post coming from A.J at CS saying;

Hey guys, just to avoid confusion, JP is back to using 010's so that's what we're stringing them with before we ship them out. As Lou pointed out JP does change gauges periodically, so when he does we follow suit here at the factory. December 30, 2008.

I have noticed that the Music-Man website has had him using 10's for quite some time, but now it says that the Petrucci is shipping with 9's. I just wanted to know if it has changed since A.J. posted that back in December.

Good question Scott, I am also curious and would like to know.

Mine are probably going to change since I asked Pete if he could do a set up before shipping (de-tuned EBGDAD).

I am all up for 9s with std tuning.. I've shed enough callous when i got to 9s from 8s a few years back.. .. dont wanna do that again if i have a choice..lol

What do you want on your guitar? Have your dealer set it up for you before you get it.
