You're welcome Zippydog, congrats on your choices of PG, i put my order for the gold swirl too, and i suspect is not the last (that python and black perloid keep calling me :rolleyes:)

I suspect it'll be a tough call and I may be switching b/t the two once in a while. :)

This got me thinking, there's no problem in switching the PG too often? i have never remove mine so, don't know how the screws get into the wood.. if someone can make a quick answer... just not to start a new tread on the subject :p

Funny thing, the Gold Swirl isn't really much like the chip/sample on the Musicman site. The chip sample has orange in it and isn't as "gold" or have as much black as the real thing seems to. Maybe there's just some "normal" variance, but they're pretty different. That said, I prefer the look of the actaul PG to the sample on the Musicman site.

I've attached the sample from the Musicman site below so you can see the difference...it ain't subtle.

wow, that was fast!! i'm still waiting for mine to come, and we're talking about a few thousands kilometers only... that gold swirl looks great man, and black perloid mmm it's not as black as i thoght it would but i like it too
