OK ... its an HH Sterling w/ non-matching headstock. That's all i know so far. I personally cant hear the rosewood maple difference .... so to me that's mostly a cosmetic choice

The top contender, for now, is:
HH Sterling, Rolls Burgundy, non-matching headstock, black PG, rosewood

So ... w/ that said I still wanna get a bunch more ideas before i give that Dude guy my $. LoL. So what color combo do you guys suggest? post pix if you got em

I'll side with Duckk on this one, as well. Except in the case of Bongos, where matching headstocks are just fine!

I can tell you that my next color choice will likely be trans orange, tort guard, rosewood board (SR4). I think that would look pretty cool on a Sterling

After reading Travis' post, I realized that while I voted for an HH Sterling, rolls burgundy, non matching headstock, rosewood neck, black pickguard previously I really should be voting for an HH Sterling, rolls burgundy, non matching headstock, rosewood neck, black pickguard.
