It's tough to photograph sometimes. The Axis Sport Foggy posted, for example, looks blue in the photo but it's much more green in person. (I actually bought that one, then exchanged it for something else which I've yet to post pics of.)

I think it's the other way around - That the trans blue can sometimes have a slight tealish or slight blue/green tint depending on the wood it was used on, how it has aged and the light it was photographed in.

Also for at least several years, the trans teal is not available on guitars, only on Sting Rays and Sterlings. I don't know when it was available for the guitars, but you can check the color chart on the MM site.

I originally tried to order my first AL in '04 in trans teal but couldn't. Switched to trans blue, then the Envy came out and the rest is history.

Trans. teal is one of the greatest colors. It's really cool how it changes with different lighting. I remember having discussions with people whether it's more of a green color or a blue color. It is in between of course, but I'd say it's more green than blue. And then my friend would go: "No way, man! You're blind!" hehe;)

FWIW, all of those are my trans blue Albert Lee. It looks teal in the pics, and in real life. But it's trans blue. I think the teal hue comes from the yellow shift in incandescent lighting, and the color of the ash itself.

The others you posted also look like what my trans blue commonly looks like in photographs (because usually the guitar looks much more blue in photos).
