I got tired of slippery picks,so I got out the drill and put a few[a 5 pattern is good]..holes in the centre section..really helps the grip...if you get too far outboard tho,the pick will disintegrate.

For me I use to slap a round of medical tape on the pick. Worked wonders!

Now I play the Eric JOhnson Jazz III's. Never had slippage.

Gorilla Snot works, too.

V-Picks don't get slippery for me so I don't use the snot any more.

The Eric Johnson Jazz IIIs are great! Also the Tortex Jazz IIIs work great as far as grip goes
