ET 460 Teisco Del Ray for $5.00 it even had the original recept from the music shop in the guitar bag (but I just misplaced it) also called the sharkfin at a garage sale

It has the 4 + 2 tuning config 4 single coils and is 1967, metal-flake blue, and all origianl parts. none are missing (even has 2 tiny springs partly conected to tremolo)
pretty funky !

looks just like this one here except mine has matching headstock & matching neck and mine

For $5.00 can't beat it !

I did a pimp setup on one of those about a year or so ago. Same color and body style, with matching headstock, and IIRC 3 pickups instead of 4. I wonder if the guy still has it, he just emailed me the other day about another one of his axes.

The headstock "logo" is really a metal emblem glued on.

Interesting guitars, but that's all I know.

I don't know much about the build quality on those, but they definitely had some ideas that were ahead of their time...4+2, truss rod adjust...looks like a real score for $5 :)
