Pickup cover question

Well me and stanky were talking about the PUP covers on all the new basses and I just wanted to clear it all up.

Bongo 4s and 5s, Sterlings and StingRay 5s, dual and single PUP models along with the dual SR4, will all have the new PUP Covers and all the pole pieces will be level correct?

StingRay 4s with the single pickup will have the original pickup covers with the raised A and D Pole Pieces? Or will the pole pieces all be level now too?

Just want to know what to expect on my DD. That is all.

I think I heard someone from EBMM say they StingRay 4 PUP cover has not changed.

I'm thinking that they will leave the single pup covers alone on the SR4. After extensive looking, that is.

well how bout them pole pieces then, raised or level?

I'd think the A and D pole pieces would remain raised. Aren't they that way for volume consistency with the radiused fretboard?

That was always my assumption.
