I have sold my emg set for my mm silhuette and i'm searching for replacement pickups to fill in my guitar.
It is SSH configuration,and I will put some passive pickups in it.The humbucker isn't a problem,but single coils are.
The question is - how will sound single coils which are designed for strat type in my silhuette?
Body for silhuette is smaller than of strat,and I have heard that if I should put single coils in it,they must have larger Ohm readings than those for strat,otherwise they will sound crap.
Is it true?
