Ive owned over 100 guitars in the last 15 years, all bought with the intention of selling and making a few dollars. My favourite until now was a green flamed Wolfgang, but that guitar didnt even come close to this Axis. Its not my favourite colour, but the feel and sound, the action.....ah I could go on for days. I never bought into the hype about Ernie Ball Music Man guitars before now. Hand built and finished makes ALL the difference. The neck is THE nicest piece of maple Ive ever held. The wax and gunstock oil blend is just to die for, but you all knew that anyway. Enough of my dribbling...............

Hi BeAR, what can I said, beautiful guitar and great top, curiosly looks very similar as one that I have but I think your top is better, so far out of 50 some guitars I have always 3 out and between those one is the axis (the same one as yours) and some other MM (this time is a Sillohuette special) and a Ramirez 1A, so far thata same axis as yours is one of my favorites, just feel great. The neck is beautifull in mine with flame and birds eyes all over the place. Congratullations!! :D

Sgill,
My daughter Sydney ( 8 years old) says that your Axis looks like "dragon scales" or " the ocean when the sun is setting" :)
