Help! PIEZO K.O. on JP6

I have a problem, when i switch the toggle to piezo position i listen piezo's volume like 10 time less than it was before ( i changed the battery too and nothing happened), preamp k.o.? what is your opinion?

Well, email or phone.

Still might be the battery, though. Batteries can be different sizes, which can cause them to not make proper contact with the terminals in the battery compartment. So I'd try another brand of battery to check.

Other thing that can happen is those little tabs in the compartment get bent back. If that's the case you can lightly pry them up with a small screwdriver to be sure they're making good contact.

Anyhow, if it's something beyond that you'll definitely want to ask the CS guys.

Well the strange thing is that i've on this guitar a couple of active emg's (81 and 60) that take power for the same battery as piezo is and they work perfectly. Piezo were good until yesterday... maybe is better if i call the costumer service as you suggest, thank for answer.

Well I am not a tech so your best bet is to call CS, but I will say you have a lot going on drawing juice from one battery.
