hey guys
ill just explain my problem
i have a fully loaded jp6 (original model)
when i run the magnetics from one outout
and the piezo from the other
everything is fine
however, if i blend the two together on the guitar and send them out the one output, it seems as though the A string is alot quiter than everything else
almost like the piezo is out of phase with the magnetics just on that one string
if i switch between the two, they are fine by themselves, only when they are combined on the guitar is it a problem
now i live in australia, so its a little difficult for me to ring customer service
does anyone have any ideas or has experienced a similar problem
or who should i call in sydney to have a look at it?
thanks alot
edit: silly me ill email customer service
