Piezo on Axis SS

Hi Folks !

I got one question regarding the Piezo EQ in the Axis SS.

Did someone already experiment some nice setting ?

Is there any notice explaining how it works ?

I'm thinking about drilling 3 holes in the plate to access the EQ.

Do you think I can do that without any risk for the future ? (mainly dust issue). i am wandering why EB are not giving access to that EQ.

if yes where can I buy a plate for Axis SS in order to drill it as I would like to keep one clean in order to switch back ?

Once you set it, you shouldn't need to change it, would you?

I play mine through an external LR Baggs Apra DI Direct Box. I get the guitar setup the best I can and then I can dial in the EQ through the Para DI.

Personally, I would not drill holes in the plate, but that's just my opinion.
