Hello!
First of all, sorry for my spelling errors
I have a question:
On my Music Man Axis Super Sport guitar piezo pickup broke down on the third string. Unlike other piezo pickups this one had a strong and distorted output signal. Having replaced the old with the new and original piezo pickup, that third wire is quieter than the others.
Can you tell me what the problem is?
Also I am wondering if, for all Music Man dealers must wait for two years to procure the appropriate parts (in my case this was not enough, because after two years I gave up). The guitar has been in service a total of half a year, and nothing changed?
Call the dealer every week and always the answer was "shipment arrives later this week". Finally, when the shipment arrived there were no parts for EB MM Axis Super Sport.
And so on and on and on and on...
As I say, after more than two years I had no more will mess with Music Man dealer. Since I somehow managed to get the original piezo I took the guitar to a master for making guitars that is near me. Although at first he did not really want to engage in repairs, but after my persuasion he agreed. In 24 hours, replaced the piezo, examined the whole guitar if it should be to tighten some screw that's done. Having tested the piezo immediately called me and consulted with me because he noticed a problem that I outlined at the beginning of this post. When I came to pick up the guitar I got a lecture about an hour for the specifications of the guitar. What was the price - low. I paid much more just a trip to an authorized dealer who told me that nothing is procured or repaired.
Sorry but I had to write this
At this authorized dealer, two colleagues who have EB MM Luke and EB MM Petrucci experienced the same attitude by the dealer.
Thank you in advance!
Greetings,
Alen
