Hi,

I recently posted here because my piezo pre-amp acted weird.
Anyway, the repair guys here (really reliable) have found out that the pre-amp is broken (not the piezo itself).
Anyway, so what I need to do now is get a new pre-amp somewhere.
Should I get one via EB? or are there other places where I can order such things?
Thanks, any help would be hugely appreciated!

Where are you?

I'd call EBMM customer service- you'll want to get the pre-amp through them since it's proprietary. They can help you out or steer to you a local distributor if you're outside the US.

Keep in mind everybody there is probably busy with NAMM so response might be a little slow now.

I'm in holland.
I've allready mailed customer service, I hope they'll mail me back soon.
Anyway, I've already contacted our local distributer (Voerman) but they will not be able to help me any time soon because the man who does those things is away for a while.

ok, so customer service mailed me..
I have to let a store contact the distributer, and they would have to order a pre-amp for me.
Everybody is away for a week to NAMM....
So doesn't anyone know what type of pre-amp I need to buy?
If anybody could tell me what type I need I might be able to order one myself.
Please, any help would be appreciated!
I hate having a new guitar that I can't use properly,
someone here must know what I should get...
thanks

It's proprietary, so you'll want to get it from EBMM. Sorry Jon, but looks like you'll have to wait it out.
