Oh, Andrew, you remembered!!! I'm touched. I've been procrastinating. I was so ready to just do the B/W/B but somewhere I saw a black sterling with tort and I thought it killed!!!

Main thing is I've seen light torts and dark torts and I think the dark ones go better with black.

It's 3:00 am and I can't sleep.

Note: Aussie Mark's pickguard is aftermarket. The tort on my Bongo is a lot closer to the instrument builder pic...much more brown w/yellow flecks than red.

Ah, yeah, that's the ticket. I knew there was a difference in torts out there. It's actually pretty striking.
