Played a Gig with the Big Al

Played a gig with my Big Al last Saturday. Man was it fun. The Big Al is such a perfect bass for me. I love using the middle and bridge PUP in active for most songs. But I also love using the middle PUP in passive for songs like Stuck in the Middle With You and Brown Eyed Girl. I even tried the neck and bridge PUP in passive for Johnny B Good; sounded great!

I find I use the middle pickup passive quite a bit too, for the older vintagey stuff. P-bass killer.
