After waiting patiently for the right time after seeing Toto in Melbourne last year,

Could you comment if the following is reasonable/legit:

Seems legit to me. However, US dealers aren't allowed to sell new guitars to international customers. Like-wise, EBMM dealers in other countries cannot sell the guitars internationally. This is done to protect the distributers and dealers in each country. So, unless you plan on being in the US, or buying a used guitar, you'll need to contact a dealer in Oz. Colin, from the forum, is one of the dealers there.

I am travelling to Florida for a work conference this month.

Was planning to bring the guitar home with me.

Not trying to do out do the locals. - Having a baby girl in a couple of weeks called Lucie. LE 07 Luke was to celebrate. (kinda appropriate)

not sure what the deal is here but I saw that guitar on the bay a little while ago.. I know he's not supposed to do this but it's there...

Where in Florida are you going to be? You may want to check out Bass Central. They carry a great selection of MM's, the owner posts here and several people on the board have dealt with them.

After contacting the store, They informed me of the policy for International customers, which prevents non US customers from purchasing directly.

I am trying to get to them (If it's not sold in the meantime) and have contacted Bass Central too.

Will have to try and organise my trip to enable a swing by.
