Happy 7th anniversary to me!!!!

Well my fellow knuckleheads, 3000 posts, 7 years of loyal membership, and still loving Ernie Ball and Musicman guitars and I feel like the biggest fanboi EVER!

This has been a challenging year, money tight all round, I switched from Windows to Mac, but the biggest change of all I didn’t buy a new ball – this has been the longest I’ve gone without buying a new ball since I joined here, and it’s been tough.

I would however like to formally announce my comeback
– I will be coming out of retirement (sorry Sterling, these guitars are just too damn good not to get more) I will wait for NAMM then I’m placing an order for something…. Just don’t know what. And have a couple of final house repairs to make.

Please watch the video you’re welcome to flame me for it – I’m so mental I wouldn’t mind! – and there are many bizarre things in there, it’s just how my mind works.

Hope this doesn’t offend anyone – and yes that is chocolate on my bottom lip – the downside of a low budget movie along with baking cakes with my kids before I made the movie – so I can blame the sugar…..

Merry Christmas to all of you and your families…. Post 7001 coming soon ;-)

your (slightly mental - glad your on the otherside of the world in a remote location and we only meet once every couple of years) pal

Smelly:cool:

Thanks guys,
I was half asleep last night -forgot to name check those in the video - jimmyb olplayer strummer and probably a few more! - I also totally forgot about the Dargie Marshall Head I built this year.

It's a rare Marshall DSL201 (20watt all valve combo) which i converted into a head - inspired by Jamminjim and Co's builds. I asked for a custom colour mix for the tolex - didn't turn out as light as I wanted - but closer than a british racing green - I wanted it to match my Dargie - what do you think?

That Top Sucks!!

Nice one - signed by Jim yet?

I'm currently being tempted by a 60's AC 10 and a pick from a load of AC 30's.
