Power Slinkies provide more tension &

Would power slinkies provide less fret buzz than Super slinkies becuase of the added tension and thickness? Other than more resistance what would I beable to expect by adding a set of power slinkies to my guitar rather than super slinkies?

Would I need to get my nut filed in order to move up from 9's to 11's?

If your getting fret buzz you might need a neck ajustment! May not have anything to do with the strings.
