Rod, do you need pics of the Bongo preamp? If so, I could provide some. However, it seems like it's all glued to some metal piece that's in turn bolted onto the body. Trying to detach it or at least pull it out enough so a good portion of it is photographable would prove more difficult than doing so on a StingRay, I pressume.

m....all contributions gladly received. But if you're in doubt about being able to get a proper view of the pre-amp, then I'd rather you didn't do it. If anything goes wrong, you'll void the warranty. Perhaps better to leave it out of caution.

Besides, if we have a broken Bongo within the troops, Bovie will....well actually, I hate to think how he'd take the news
