Pre-Amp Suggestions

I'm having some cabs custom made for me. They will consist of 1x15 and a 4x10 cab. They'll be running Eminence's pro line - 4 of the Kappa 10's and 1 Omepa Pro 15. I've played these cabs that were offered as demos by the guys making them for me. They have a great sound.

For an amp I'll be using my QSC PLX-2402 @ 4ohms = 2400 watts.

Now here's my question: Any pre-amp suggestions?

I'll be shopping for a pre-amp as soon as everything else arrives. I was kind of looking at a Sansamp RBI or the BBE BMax preamp. Now I know that I need to "experience them for myself" - but I'm looking for suggestions on some pre's to consider.

really there are lots of good preamp... =)

sansamp rbi is good
ampeg svp-pro definitely, with a single tube =)
if you can afford ... aguilar's are great, but too pricey .. i think

Well.....

I'm currently in pretty much the same position(looking for a good pre) and actually I've made up my mind. I'm going to buy by the end of the summer an Avalon vt737sp(again, new this time). It is a channel strip BUT if you use it as a preamp, it beats ANYTHING else in the market. And it is in the price range of the Aguilar.
