Question Pre-Eb hex wrench size

Hi guys,

I recently purchased a pre-eb stingray, but could somebody give me the sizes of the hex wrenches I need for the truss rod adjustment and the action?

Any other tips in keeping this bass in good condition?

ps: the body color is brown, is this just a walnut colored bass or is the wood walnut/alder? (serial b009510)

Alder wood with a walnut brown stain.

The bullet nut uses a 1/8" allen wrench. Sorry, I can't tell what allen the saddle uses, the wrench is tiny and isn't stamped with a size.

Sounds like your B009510 is a mid '78.

 

[Rod Trussbroken]

The neck tilt wrench is 3/32 inch. The string saddle adjustment wrench is 1/16 inch.
