Help! Pre eb music man bass

My bass (stin ray 4) has the number B 004684.
I should be very happy to know the year of fabrication.
Somebody can help me ?

That will be 1977.

Specific dates are recorded on the neck heel and the neck pocket on the body but the neck has to be removed to view them.
