Hi and welcome to the Forum.
If your Bass is relatively new it may still be covered by warranty. In that case you should reach out to the people you bought it from.
On the other hand, if your Bass was manufactured by Ernie Ball Music Man then email their Customer Service (below). Include your serial number. They will explain how to go about replacing it.
