HI,

I am Yos from Thailand. I have buy MM Majesty 7 strings form shop in USA and ship to TH. Why I buy from USA because dealer in TH don't have it and I want to play this model.

My Majesty is No. 147

OK let talk about problem

About first month this guitar sometime while I play it, sometime the sound have lose!!! I must pull jack off and push again it will have sound. It will be like this sometime. I have mail to ask and I get answer "look at batteries"
OK fine, I think I know when the batteries low or not but I don't want to ask so much.

But now!!!! In the morning I play this guitar normal. In the night time I come to play it again it don't have sound. I try to do everything such as: CHANG NEW BATTERIES, PULL-PUSH JACK it don't have sound!!! DEAD!!!

I have mail to customer service for 2-3 days and I get mail which I think it not unfair for me!!!

Hey Yos,

Your warranty is valid in USA (country of purchase) and covers all parts, labor and return shipping within USA, it does not cover shipping to or from Thailand.

We will pay a portion of the shipping back to Thailand, equivalent to the amount required to ship within USA territory.

A return authorization code is required before receiving the guitar.

If you would like to proceed please confirm, I will issue the RA code right away.

Best Regards,

Warranty in USA??? This is your service for customer? I want to be like this? I don't think so!!!

As Sterling Ball pointed out in your other thread, because you bought your guitar from the USA, the warranty is only valid in the USA. (This is why we always try to tell people here to be careful when they buy guitars overseas, usually done to save money.)

EB has offered to help cover some of the costs in shipping the guitar so they can fix it. If you want to get it fixed, you'll have to cover the extra shipping.

I'm going to close this for the same reason Sterling closed the last one.
