Problem with petrucci piezo and bridge

Hello, sorry for my bad english, i am italian.
I have a ebmm jp6 bfr koa, the mono output works perfectly but the stereo output no. In the stereo output i plug mono or stereo cable but i cant hear the piezo, works only magnetic and when i touch the tremolo arm (only touch) all the strings get out of tune. what i can do?

First you should contact the store you bought the guitar from. If they can't help, you should contact customer service. A good local luthier should be able to fix it too.

What are you plugging the other end of the stereo cable into?

Also, piezo signal doesn't go to the stereo jack when a mono cable is in use.
