So my new bass, MusicMan Stingray 5 w/ Piezo, purchased from Guitar Center arrived today (purchased from used). However, when i turn up the Piezo, the sound of the B string diminishes significantly compared to the other strings. I read online that it may be a contact issue. Does anyone have any solutions? Thanks

Did you buy the bass from the GC in Denver? I was in there a month ago and played a SR5 with piezo and the B string was not working. I told them about it and they said their tech would repair it.

Problem solved. Just talked to customer service rep and he told me to take a look at the output control for the piezo. It turns out that the b-string output was turned all the way down. Simple solution and got great customer service. Thanks Music-Man you guys are the best.
