I see comercials and good reviews of POD pro, BOSS GT6 B, and other similar products.
Is really anybody using them? (i mean pro bassists) If yes, where, live ? studio?

I'm not a pro or anyone famous, but I do gig a few times per month in a cover band. I've owned a Boss GT-6B for 2 years and use it live, plus have recorded using the amp simulator. Having said that, the new Boss ME-50B appears to be a much more practical live unit, as far as layout and ease of use is concerned. The ME-50B doesn't have the amp/cab sims, but that's no big deal as far as I'm concerned, as the better interface for live work is a bigger benefit to me.

Thax Mark. There is a reason I am asking you this :) I would like to have a really pro setup especially for live situations (from clubs to stadiums). I have two Mm's, ampeg head and cabinet. And I know i need a good compressor, dynamic procesor, octave divider, filter envelope, maybe some fuzz and flanger. What should I buy?
