Wondering if any European(or American for that matter..) have bought from them and if they can be trusted.

I doubt anybody from the USA has bought from them, but they look like a great store and supporter of Music Man. Have you spoken to them?

ordered twice from them. the first time went fine. the second time there was a fairly long wait involved and i'm still waiting on my whammy bar.
