Has anyone changed the single coils from their Silhouette Special? I'm not sure what to do with the Silent Circuit. And I don't wanna pay any local repair guy anything for a simple soldering-job. I have Kinmans in my Strat and they sound so good I want to replace the Dimarzios ASAP.
So, anyone? Can you give me some tips about the job. And I don't want to rip the the Silent Circuit off in case I want to put the Dimarzios back and sell my Silhouette.. ( Yeah, like that's gonna happen..):
