Well, now the guitar has a D-sonic now in the bridge.
They say that the pickups on the JP are specially designed for Petrucci. But I think that originally they just used the steve special and the air norton. Then Switched the bridge to a D-Sonic. But I dont know really, I think the pickups on the JP might be custom for JP. Someone might know for 100%.

If you go to dimarzio.com he is on the featured players page and it says what he uses. I think the neck pickup is maybe a JP pickup but I am mostly sure that the Bridge is a D-sonic.
