Help! Purchasing Musicman Guitar and Bass online

Hi all:

I am trying to buy some Musicman Guitars and Basses online, which will be shipped to Florida. From there, the guitars will be shipped to my country Bangladesh. I am looking for a very reliable online store for the purchase, since I will not be able to check the merchandise before it reaches my country.

Any suggestions?

I have bought from The Perfect Guitar in Baton Rouge, La. with stellar results.

I live in Denver and can vouch for Drum City Guitar Land. Almost all their MM stock is kept in storage, so it isn't hanging on the wall with other guitars for people to handle. You have to call ahead and tell them if you want to see a particular MM guitar. They are a small shop and don't get the typical teen shredder in there playing their guitars.

I've also had great service from MusiciansFriend.com and have bought two MM guitars from Guitar Center over the phone and had them shipped to me. No issues with either of them. I'd go MF over GC, but that's just me.

Bass Central out of Florida is also good. On a side note, are you looking new or used? I have 2 Music Man basses for sale in the bass section both are still in new condition and have been babied by me. The Stingray only has about 2 hours of play time on it.

Keep in mind- by buying in the US, your warranty is going to be valid in the US. So if there are any issues (which there usually aren't), you'd need to ship the guitar back for service.

Yes i knew that, but thanks for the heads up! I am looking for reliable shops only for this reason...so I din't need to send the guitar back...
