Purple SR5?

I found a Purple SR5, which is something I've wanted since I saw one years ago. I was planning on Trans Red, but man that purple is sweet!

Question is...how rare are the purple ones? I want it, but I'm really not in a position to buy it right now. But I COULD figure something out if I HAD to, but I'd rather wait until I'm in a better position to buy it (in other words...wait until I don't have to sell another bass to buy a new one!).

If you want a purple one and you know where one is, I'd suggest you get it now.

I don't know about rare, but they aren't making them anymore in that finish. I had one for a while - very cool finish.

Snag it, that's what I'd say.

Well I called on it, and he said the Purple SR5 sold yesterday! It was out of my price range anyway, looked good though!

If you really like the color, keep your eyes open. They do pop up for sale from time to time.

It sure is purdy, but I'll be just as happy with the Trans Red. The Purple being rather rare gave it a nice mystique though
