Slapped a push-pull 500k tone pot in my ASS to remove tone pot from circuit when pulled out. Works slicker than snot, sounds very close to my Axis when pulled. These MM guitars sure do kick ass, where have they been all my life (at least since '95)?

Nice Axis, dude! But I thought you only do bigger tone block upgrades on floyds when you float them. I always block my floyds/dive only, and get plenty of sustain/thicker sound from that. Since MMs seem to be designed this way, not sure if a bigger block will make that much of a difference. I guess it only costs $40 to find out, but I'll wait to hear the difference from you (hopefully you recorded pre-install clips???)

I think a D-tuna is the next mod in store for the Axis....

No I didnt record yet but it only cost $24.99.

It will make more of a difference than what u have done in the past.
