<div class="bbWrapper">i use the equivalent that dunlop makes called the MXR bass auto Q and i love it, i dont knw much about the q tron exceot that flea uses one.</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">Yes, it is a very sensitive pedal that has taken me a while to learn how to properly tweak; however, after finding that sweet spot, it holds up just fine with my Sterling and StingRay. Beware: It is easy to clip, but it does have a light which helps.</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">I have had no issues with the adapter. Then again, I am primarily a stay at home player. It seems just as well made as any other adapter.</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">i was keen on a qtron for a while but got put off by unreliability and said clipping problems that I heard about from several people. i bought a vintage dod EF several years ago and the clipping was horrible...never again<br /> <br /> A great alternative is the ebs Bass IQ, it may not be quite as vintage sounding as the qtron, but its worth checking out the funky audio samples on their website, killer sounds!<br /> <br /> I ended up buying a pigtronix EP-1. Its more spacey and versatile than a regular envelope filter as it has a built in phase shifter. Its a wild unit, very well built. <br /> I bought an $25 adaptor from dick smith as the stock power supply was US.</div>
