Hola,
Well, because of economic's and such, I have to take my 1999 Sr5 to a local store to sell on consignment...my question is, is a sell price of $700.00-$800.00 to little for the Bass? (that's the price I get after the sell fee of 25%). I'm kinda running out of time, with Christmas creeping up. The store figure's they can move it, since they are short on GOOD basses on hand in their store.

eBay and Paypal fees are a whole lot less than 25%. Or, the fees at this forum are 0%. Or TalkBass, the fee is a contributing member fee ($25?). You've got far better chance of moving a SR5 at the best price at any of these places rather than your local store, purely because you open up your sale to a far bigger market.

i think $700-$800 isn't a bad price in itself. I think you would get $800 online on say here or TB, and taking into account paypal fees, it's not too bad

If you list your bass on online somewhere for that same price it will likely move very quick and reach a wider audience. You'll just have to deal with shipping. That's a very good deal for an SR5
