Found this:

"The controls (from bottom up are) active bass, active treble and volume. The pick up selector is a three way. The black mini-toggle is a phase switch and it does not matter which position the pickup selector is in for it to work. The white mini-toggle is a treble booster..."

I don't know if EBMM has any of the materials on these old Leo-era models; but there are a couple of collectors of these around here.

You might also try posting this over on the G&L forum (guitarsbyleo.com) as these are closer to the early G&Ls than anything EBMM put back into production after they bought MM at the bankruptcy proceedings. Some of the people over there collect both the Leo-era MMs and the early G&Ls.
