Steve spotted this whilst trawling Ebay:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Musicman-Stingray-copy-NEW-studio-owner_W0QQitemZ230038364602QQihZ013QQcategoryZ101561QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
Fair enough its a copy and is advertised as a copy but when you have a look at what he sells and what he has sold his copies have started to get more authentic, using Gibson or Fender on the headstocks.
Question is, what is the comeback for some poor soul who buys it at some stage, ie. if the original buyer sells it straight on as an original - some poor kid is gonna think hes got a bargain??
Legally Bp what would you think if he evers starts sticking musicman on these guitars?
Your thoughts please
Trading standards are the ones over here to sort out fake products but they normally work with the industry experts (sony etc.)
