first off Fran..Im not pissed off your pickguard post was one of about a dozen recently that were out of sequence to put it nicely...Also I dont think that Im picking on you here or all of the above...this is sort of a fun thread that is making light of a bunch of scenarios that are absurd extensions of some of the things I get asked.

I think that Slinky's aren't the same they used to be. They sounded better back in the day. Actually, I totally love my mid '80s strings for their insane growl, phat bass and mellow sparkle. I think you should go back to how they were made then. Also, the new packaging is crap: Since the new packaging the strings sound chocked, most probably because they're slead off air.

If you don't go back to making strings as they were, I'll immediately switch brands. Really. I'll do that! You'll see!!!

The last set of strings had way too many wrong notes in them. I can I get refund? Or at least a t-shirt?
