Went to adjust intonation on Cutlass and saw small holes in the piece on the tail of the trem. Not what it was expecting to see. Before I do something that might screw up the guitar, I wanted to ask about it. Does the piece on the trem stay in place and you adjust the intonation through the small holes or do I somehow remove the piece to get to the intonation screws?

Thanks for the help.

I adjusted mine through the holes. I'm not sure if the cover is removable.

Yeah - the cover is only removable from the underside of the bridge. Hex tool in the small holes to adjust intonation!!

Hi Mike,

Thanks for the info. Glad you told me a hex tool, otherwise I would have been trying a small phillips-head.
