Hi!
just a quick one for the fellow bongoloïds here, I got the opportunity to get a VP JR designed for passive instruments for dead cheap (I play a Bongo). I know it is not _recommended_ as the volume swell might not work properly, but I've read here and there that it can be working fine, and that there is some kind of pot inside the pedal that you can switch to fix the volume swell.
I plan on putting the VP JR after a couple of other stompboxes. Also, as far as I understood, older vol pedals were designed for passive instruments and worked somehow fine with active electronics?
soooo, anyone plays with the Bongo + 250k VP JR combo? does it work fine for you?
